What size does Madi wear?
Madi currently wears our size Large (AU 16) in all of the merch. Please refer to the size guide for any sizing questions.
When will I receive my delivery?
The Cured Cosmetics team is working hard to ensure your orders are sent out as fast as possible! We currently pack and ship orders Monday through Friday. Please note our order packing times may be delayed during peak sale periods or public holidays!
How long does shipping take?
We currently only ship to Australia & New Zealand. All orders are shipped with Australia Post. Standard Shipping AU: 2 – 7 Business Days Express Shipping AU: 1 – 4 Business Days Standard Shipping NZ: 4 – 8 Business Days Please note shipping times may be affected during peak sale or holiday periods.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email from us with your tracking details. Please ensure you check your spam folder if you cannot locate the email. If you require any extra support please contact contact@curedcosmetics.com.au
When will Cured Cosmetics start shipping Internationally?
The team are currently researching the cheapest and most affordable shipping options for our international customers. We hope to soon have this available for you all and appreciate your support!
What is your returns policy?
Our policy lasts 14 days.
If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can not offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned, these include:
* Gift cards
*Drink Bottles
*Mystery Boxes
* Downloadable software products
* Sale items
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

What is your policy on lost or missing packages?
All orders are currently shipped via Australia Post. Please reach out to them with your tracking number first to locate the package. If they cannot locate your package please contact us contact@curedcosmetics.com.au
Can I Cancel my order?
Once you place your order we are unable to make any changes. Please contact our team on contact@curedcosmetics.com.au for assistance.
I’ve entered the wrong address or ordered the wrong size/products. What do I do now?
Contact contact@curedcosmetics.com.au immediately with your order number and information. We may be able to modify the order before it ships. Item changes may be dependent on stock levels.
How should I care for my Madi_cured Merch?
Please follow the label care instructions.
I forgot to apply my discount code. How can I claim it?
Discount codes must be applied before checkout. They cannot be claimed once the order has been placed. Please enter your discount code on your next order with us.
