We want you to love your Cured Cosmetics items! If something isn’t right, you can return unused items in original packaging within 14 days of purchase. Learn how to return or exchange Cured Cosmetics items. View our policy and download your printable returns form below.
How to Start a Return
Step 1: Complete the Return Form
Print the Return Form below, fill it out and include it inside your package.
Step 2: Package Your Items
Place your items in a secure box. You may use the original packaging if it’s still in good condition.
Step 3: Ship Your Return
Mail your package to:

Please keep your tracking number until your return is processed.
Step 4: Confirmation Email
Once your return has been received by us and inspected, we’ll email you to confirm receipt. Processing may take up to 2–3 weeks depending on volume.
Refunds
Once your return is reviewed, we’ll notify you by email whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued back to your original payment method. Banks and card providers may take additional time to post the credit.
If you haven’t received your refund yet: Check your bank account again.
Contact your credit card company, refunds may take up to 10 business days to appear.

Sale Items
Sale items and discounted purchases are not eligible for refunds. Only full-priced items may be refunded.
Exchanges
We can only replace items that arrive defective or damaged.If you need to exchange a product for the same item, please email us at: contact@curedcosmetics.com.au
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is approved, return shipping fees will be deducted from your refund. If returning an item valued over $75, we recommend using a tracked shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
